Is not 2 pages missing from this chapter? The original manga contents page shows chapter %5 going from pages 089-108. 20 pages in length. Two more than the 18 contained in both your links.

Eh? No, not that I know.
089 = the last page of chapter 4.
108 = the first page of chapter 6.
Check http://g.e-hentai.org for "[Okano Ahiru] Shihou Hata de Tsukamaete", they have the same version as mine.
